Since 1972, RSC has been the one-stop low cost source of pricing, labeling and tagging supplies, bar coding equipment, Point of Sale (POS) systems, store fixtures and store supplies to thousands of retail companies, distributors, and manufacturers located throughout the United States and Canada.

• Customer Service
We provide toll free telephone access staffed by trained friendly customer service representatives. You will never get a complex automated attendant system or voice mail to navigate. Direct communication with our customer service representatives combined with an easy to navigate graphically oriented Internet based catalog enables fast product selection and delivery is immediately confirmed.
• Expertise
RSC team members have significant experience, gained over the past 30 years, understanding your requirements – product pricing, apparel tagging, product and warehouse labeling and bar coding, point of sale, and garden center labeling. We work diligently to quantify your requirements using all the necessary resources at our disposal – the extended team that includes RSC team members and our manufacturers.
• Solutions
We work attentively and creatively to define multiple cost competitive solutions ranging from standard off-the-shelf products to integrated custom solutions, while supporting two primary solution areas:
A. Front-of-Store: price, label, and display your products.
Operational: inventory and asset tracking and support shipping, receiving and warehousing control.
• Products
RSC is an authorized reseller of products from leading manufacturers including Monarch, Meto, Avery Dennison, Garvey, Towa, Zebra Technologies, Datamax, Cognitive Solutions, Teklynx, Redbeam and Wasp Technologies. We constantly evaluate our offerings and manufacturing partners to add new items that are desired by our new and existing customers.
• Delivery
We use the best and most cost efficient methods possible to make sure your order is shipped within 24 hours (most cases) and delivered as scheduled. When required, at the customer’s discretion, we can quickly evaluate and select the best method to expedite your order. If you need to expedite, please communicate this requirement to your customer service representative.
• Customer Satisfaction
Our collective objective is to achieve no less 100% satisfaction – every time. Your satisfaction extends beyond the receipt of the product or solution to years of effective use after the initial purchase. We provide in-house support for all our products and we offer extended service plans for many items.
