At Retail Service Co., we respect your right to change your mind regarding your purchases. There are, however, some restrictions in our return policy. Any one time fees, such as shipping or die charges, are non refundable. With most products you have 7 days to return the item, however, there may be a 20% restocking fee if the item or items have been opened. If the item has not been opened, is returned within the 7 days and is fully operational then you can obtain a full refund. You will also be responsible for any damages to the item in the return shipping to Retail Service. If the item is damaged during its original shipping to you, than it must be reported that same business day it was received at your facility. Failure to do so will nullify the buyer’s right to dispute a damage charge in the future. As always we look forward to servicing your company and thank you for your business with Retail Service.
